As Founder, my core vision for the company is to “Support Tech companies with their compliance so employees thrive, through taking the stress out of the environments they work within”.
For years I watched good people being handed responsibility for compliance with little guidance, little structure and very little
support.
Security, IT, Engineers, Ops managers, Legal teams, even Junior staff were expected to run audits, answer customer questionnaires and manage frameworks they had never been trained for.
They were doing their best, but they were overwhelmed and the pressure was huge. I knew there was a better way!
Apex was created to bring clarity into what often feels like a fog.
